NetWalking

The inspirational way to grow your business

When was the last time you had 3 hours to discuss your business with like-minded business people?

NetWalking allows you time to think, reflect, chat, bounce ideas and develop business relationships.

NetWalking provides uninterrupted 'talk time' with like-minded business people. No agendas, no rules - just simple yet effective networking whilst walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside.

NetWalking allows you time to spend working ON your business, not IN your business.

The natural landscape is a powerful business tool. The open hills engender a sense of space and freedom. Hill-walking has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve self-esteem and boost self-confidence. It is a multi-sensory experience that clears your mind and allows escapism from the stresses of everyday life.

NetWalking

NetWalking combines net-working with hill-walking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, with walks in the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors, Yorkshire Wolds and rural North Yorkshire.

There are four NetWalks each year in the Yorkshire countryside - one for each season.

We meet at 9:30am at a great country pub for coffee, then spend the morning walking and talking whilst surrounded by beautiful scenery. We usually cover around 6 miles, although we walk at a leisurely pace. We then return to the pub at around 1pm for lunch (optional).

The walk is relaxed and informal, with regular stops to discuss topics, admire the views and chat about business issues.

There are usually between 10 and 15 people on each NetWalk.

Your guide for the morning is Mark Reid, a fully qualified Mountain Leader. Mark pioneered NetWalking in the UK back in 2008, and has unrivalled experience facilitating these events.
