Walking in the countryside is a multi-sensory experience that clears your mind and allows escapism from the stresses of everyday life.

We always incorporate various elements of eco-therapy during your walk to promote thought and reflection and to enhance your experience. From barefoot walking to journey sticks, from wild flowers to the geology of the rocks, we will explore the natural environment to help you get the most out of your walk.

We will tailor the day to meet your objectives and desired outcomes.

TEAM BUILDING PACKAGES:

Full day’s guided walk through stunning landscapes. We will tailor the day for your team, from easy valley routes to more challenging hill walks.

PACKAGE FOUR - Blue Sky Thinking
Idea Generation Day

Inspirational  guided walk amongst stunning landscapes, with uninterrupted time to think, reflect, discuss and bounce ideas whilst surrounded by big views and open skies. Whether it be Blue Sky Thinking or Thought Showers will depend on the weather, but now's the time to expand your horizons!

PACKAGE FIVE - Orienteering / geocaching.

Self-guided trail, shadowed by a Mountain Leader. An exciting, competitive team challenge, where quick thinking and a good sense of direction is essential!

We will simply include your chosen psychometric tool within any of the above packages, to enhance your team building experience. EXPERIENCE, FITNESS & GEAR

• No experience required. Full training and guidance will be given. All participants will be guided or shadowed at all times.
• All walks are tailored specifically for each group according to your needs, aspirations, experience and average fitness levels.
• We can provide full BERGHAUS walking gear, including waterproof jackets, trousers, fleeces, rucksacks, gloves and hats. 
• We are fully insured (public, civil & professional indemnity insurance)
• All of our instructors are fully qualified and experienced Mountain Leaders
• So far, we have taken over 280 groups out walking (over 2,200 individuals), and have a wealth of experience dealing with corporate clients as well as all ages and abilities.
